Trainee Cargo Broker ~ Toronto

The position requires a hard-working and self-motivated individual who will work closely with a well established team of charter brokers worldwide.
The position requires previous sales experience within the aviation industry (Cargo).Knowledge and experience in route planning, safety, fuel planning, aircraft weight and balances preferred but not essential as training will be given. Business verbal and written fluency in English is required. Fluency in other languages, both verbal and written preferred but not required.
A Trainee Broker develops new leads and assists an established Aviation Broker with his or her charters. Once qualified, a Broker becomes a proactive Account Manager, handling the charter from initial enquiry to post-flight reports. The successful candidate will manage all aspects of a charter and will be actively involved in sales and operations.
Trainees with limited experience that are able to demonstrate their potential will be considered for the position.

We offer
- Excellent basic salary + Healthcare
- 10% commission on the gross margin on all charters sold to your clients. Commission is paid monthly.
